I just went to the Orange County Board of Elections web site. They call March 3 the Presidential Preference Primary but lots of other offices are on the ballot including county school board and nc council of state. https://www.orangecountync.gov/DocumentCenter/View/9157/Calendar-View-Early-Sites-2020-Primary?bidId= First day to vote is less than one month (Thursday Feb. 13.) Check out the sample ballots for all the parties: https://www.orangecountync.gov/1216/Voting-Locations-Sample-Ballots
