Curious to know if anybody on here wants to join in with WILPF/UNC or organize Orange Politics own form of demonstration. It's time to take a stand and not let another year of this war slip through the cracks.

in conjunction with UNC students
to commemorate the Fifth Anniversary
of the Iraq War
Students begin their rally and March in the pit at 12:30. Our vigil will already be in progress in Peace and Justice Plaza and they will join us to stand for an end to war, the return of our troops, justice in the transition, and PEACE.
Please make an effort to join us and bring a friend. We have signs and banners. By standing here this day, we imitate Tan Schwab, Jean Wagner, Lucy Straley, Martha Drake, and the scores of other WILPFers who stood in this space and lined this street during previous wars to help secure a safe and peaceful world. Let's honor them by standing with them!
