What type of programs would you implement using the COP philosphy? How would you maintain this type of education in the community?

OC population is 12% African-American, and 74% white. So (49/12)/ (52 / 74) = 6 times more likely.

Thank you to OP, Chris Brook, and all the candidates. This was a very helpful forum to "hear" in-depth answers to a broad array of questions for a position that we haven't given a lot of thought to in a while. 18 hours left to make up my mind if I'm going to vote with Lee tomorrow!
