The last series has a couple of films with mature content, so is the least suitable for kids.

Nic,
I know the MPAA hasn't gotten its grubby mitts on our film festival but I'm wondering if, nonetheless, you might be able to comment on whether any of the three sessions are more or less appropriate for young children.

Many thanks to you Nic, for all of your hard work to make this event happen! It's going to be great!!

Taking a break from the film festival ... let me be the first to congratulate the organizers. Century Hall is packed !!

Major applause for the filmmakers and the festival organizers. I didn't arrive until the last set of films and the place was still packed.

The Century Center continues to be one of the best community centers in Orange County--always attracts a diverse audience.

Terri

The First Annual Carrboro Film Festival was a raging success thanks to the dedicated work of a core of individuals headed by Nic Beery, with Todd Timkham, Jim MCQuaid, Jackie Helvey, Jon Wilner, Debbie Meyers, Maggi Grace and many others who took the ball and ran with it. I am very proud of my limited time with these folks. I was amazed at the number of people who showed up, but not really. This town is special in its nurturing of the creative flow of the river of talent flowing through here. Given the right space, that fluid rises to its highest level. Congratulations Guys! It was a blast.
