Great rally! Two hundred+ people, lots of young people, at least one veteran of the Iraq war... Many faces who are not a part of the usual suspects. Lets bring the troops home now, and, while we're at it, get out of Afghanistan, no more attacks in Somalia, and a just settlement in Palestine.

There may be no more
There may be no more important information to teach our children than the oft-repeated pattern in history whereby patriotism & nationalism are harnessed to generate war profits. Shouldn't an enlightened community like ours make sure that our school systems have an onging curriculum that deals with this reality?
