It was great to see him there raising awareness about BOCC activity. One interesting sidebar - the upcoming election has apparently inspired Commissioner Hemminger to begin speaking at the meetings. While she merely parroted other comments and didn't quite get her motion right, it's a start. It's like watching a new commissioner finding her way. But it wasn't enough to keep County Manager Clifton from falling asleep and snoring into the microphone.
