Vegetarian friendly?
Sounds neat! Food trucks often don't work for me. Went to Johnny's on Saturday and between the 2 mobile food units (tacos and hot dogs) I was only able to get corn on a stick (it was good though). James - do you know if any of these 5 have vegetarian options?
Yes to veggies
Captain Poncho's has bean and cheese options, Only Burger has veggie burgers (and my fave: turkey burgers), Parlez Vous Crepes have both stweet and savory vegetarian options (check them out on Saturday mornings @ Johnny's), and I don't know about the others. There should be something for everyone. Just make sure to go before the hordes get there and clean them out.
