2017 elections
Candidates began jumping into the 2017 election Friday, the first official filing day.
Current Chairman James Barrett filed for re-election today to the Chapel Hill/Carrboro City Schools Board of Education, saying he looks forward to one more term to continue the district’s efforts to give every student an excellent education.
My name is Allen Buansi, and I would like share with you all the announcement of my candidacy below for Chapel Hill Town Council. I'm greatly looking forward to meeting and talking to as many fellow Chapel Hill residents as I can. - Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools Board of Education
Join us as we kick off the start of election season by meeting and engaging with constituents, journalists, and candidates. We will take a few minutes during the party to acknowledge the candidates in attendance.
